How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Google Pay
  • Tabby & Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later options)
  • Bank Transfers (for orders above SAR 5,000)
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to KSA from Italy.
What are the delivery times?
  • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
How much does shipping cost?
  • Orders above SAR 1,000: Free Express Shipping
  • Orders below SAR 1,000: Flat rate of SAR 50
Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
How do I request a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No, return shipping is free for all orders in KSA.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, you will find it at your store credit.
